It requires leaders with cajunas. Ms Frist has none. Typical Bit@#, complain about everyone else, but refuses to do anything about it.

She should enforce the rules of the Senate. If Democrats want to maintain the nuclear option, he could just have 51 or more Senators sign a note giving consent to judicial nominees. Lets see the SCOTUS try to set that aside.
