Oh man you had me cracking up, almost as much as bb does. I only get you onto gamma globulin and molocure if you are really sick! LOL. Echinacea will do just fine for bb and he most likely has excellent taste in wine and in Mexican beer -g.

The hyperbaric--do you know what depth you went to? Was it a portable? How much time did you do (an hour)? By pressure he means depth. I really think portable depth is fine (1.3 ata). The hardchambers, you don't need that much pressure and imo can get oxygen toxicity.

I think he is right but I'd start slow, twice a week is fine. Let your body adjust. It's a bit of a shock to it. It will start using that extra energy to try and start healing your body and if you get fatigued let yourself rest. Let your body have reactions. Don't overdo it (don't start doing it every day). Build up slowly. And yes your body will start healing and 'hold' it over time. Plus it can kill off some anaerobic bacteria in your system and so you might find some cycles of fatigue. Be sure you are supplementing with good probiotics (I recommended customprobiotics.com....I'm only using that stuff now and I met a doctor at a conference this weekend who also only uses and recommends that for his patients).

By the way I am not a paragon, I should admit to just eating a ton of french fries in a restaurant and I never feel good after (but they taste good).
