Ah yes, for the Jews, buying land (usually paying three times over, to the Turks, the absentee Arab landowner AND the tenants)- that's "moving in on" = conquest with an army = ethnic cleansing = bad, bad, bad.
Of course during roughly the same period, the ethnic Turks "moved in on" Anatolia by committing genocide on the Armernians and wholesale massacres on the Greeks (they still don't admit to either), but, for them, it's okay. No problemo, they aren't European so their empire and ethnic cleansing arouses no outrage. Just hunky-dory, business as usual.
It's only the Jews who have to act with angelic purity. Always and only them.
