As I understand it the new (relatively) CEO has a plan to improve margins and growth, and he is in the process of executing. He will probably take the obvious steps.

Hopefully he will put his faith in proven managers who have a demonstrated track record with P&L. Too many of these government related companies get CEOs who believe ex military officers understand business, and they fail in execution. Watch this one closely.
