The Palestinians had two major leaders in the 20th century. The first was the Mufti, an ardent Nazi.

That might be going a bit far, don't you think? I have read nothing that asserts the Mufti of Jerusalem was anything more than someone who sought to use his Nazi ties in Germany to accomplish the overthrow of the British in Palestine..

Of course, he also wanted to implement his own version of the "final solution" in Palestine, but that doesn't mean he was politically indentified with the political ideology of National Socialism.

And he did personally recruit Muslim SS divisions who effectively eliminated 90% of the Jewish population of the Balkans..

But the secular politics? Naahh.. He was looking for his own Jihad...
