(i hope you don't take offense a bit of blackened chicken humor, these serious discussions sometimes need a little lightness!) chicken and guacamole IS serious discussion... i would rather eat a good MOLE [] (which is made with chicken) than merely dip some gringo chips in some simple guacamole [] making real mole [forget the cans] requires some serious culinary skills you know... making guacamole only requires an aggressive instinct to smash [avocado] brains into pulp (aka guacamole) -gg which reminds me that some of the inhabitants of this here thread possess such instincts -albeit somehow appeased- by the magic that the voodoo priests of psicoloco therapy exorcise upon them.... -ggggg
