The hardchambers, you don't need that much pressure and imo can get oxygen toxicity.>> First session was half an hour...2nd one was 45 minutes.....later today it will be an hour.....He did say I needed to slowly build up, but an hour is max, I believe....I have no idea what 'depth'...he was talking alot of crap I didnt understand...but, I do recall him talking about adjusting..I thought he said pressure, but maybe he said depth...hell, I dont know....Yep, it is a portable unit....actually, looked very simple.
