It just seems to me that there is something being discounted in the cpt shareprice, quite heavily discounted, in view of the segb deal numbers, and it's probably perception of risk ... what else, apathy? ... hard to imagine ignorance, cpt is on a lot of screens, been around quite a while now .... or maybe, it was on a lot of screens, past tense.
