That has been going on for a long time in China. My uncle was stationed there 50 years ago and he heard late one night a newborn baby girl crying in a back alley. The child was given over to the medics of their ship but I don't know what her eventually fate was. China will eventually run over the world like the Mongol hordes who proceeded them simply because they can. We are seeing a run up to this in China letting the populace get all bent out of shape over past Japanese war crimes. China will make some major move within the next 12 months on Japan or my name ain't Nostrodamus.
