Tom Delay is basically a criminal racketeer. Just like corrupt televangelists raise hundreds of millions promising influence with God (see the Jim Bakker case, setenced to 45 years for doing less than Delay has), Delay sells access to and control of the congress and our public wealth.

I will also betcha if they investigate his charitable foundation they will find it a front for major political dirty money laundering. It is also conncted to the Smearvets.

Sure, it helps some disadvantaged kids too but that's not the real purpose of the organization.
