I would rather see the conversion start taking place now than later on, when the stock starts to move. The dilution of the stock at this point does not mean to much. Real earnings won't start for about two years. The real move will start when the estimated numbers from the subscriptions are made public. Again, the dilution won't mean much at that point. This is a long term play, those out there who are trying to trade this stock with the MM's will surely lose.
