ISSUANCE OF SHARES TO B2NETWORK, INC. / GREG P. BELL During the quarter ended December 31, 2004 the Company issued 10,000,000 restricted shares of common stock pursuant to a future employment agreement with Greg P. Bell. I have done some research on the incredible career of Greg Bell. In fact, He was VP and head of Strategic Alliances for Qwest Communications Inc. among other things.
