Ray, most Americans are over-employed. <Several million unemployed and underemployed Americans would beg to differ > There are hundreds of millions of Indians and Chinese better fitted to the intellectual rigours of the jobs those over-employed Americans currently hold. Hence the outsourcing process.

Those who are unemployed can cut their price per hour and get a job. There's a silly 'minimum wage' law in the USA which is much higher than the income of most of the people on the planet. That doesn't make sense.

Get rid of the minimum wage and there will be lots of work for those unemployed people.

I could hire a dozen.
