I am surprised to see all this talk about the Market Makers (MM's) the MM's are just trading the stock short term and make or loose on the spread of the stock and gives the stock liquidity. Don't make this a mystery MM's are in all Nasdq stocks. The # of outstanding shares will be apx. 20 MM but the 10 q is based on the average # and therefore it will take a couple of Q before the correct # is reflected. The conversion price for the "Prefered" is apc 1.56 so they have no interest now in selling. They had before sept 1. And give up your short talk what ever the Pref. holders has done in this stock is what is being done in every single stock with Prefered stock they sell first and then convert, thereby they are sure to make a profit, just renember that if they had never given IATV the "loan" the company might not be around today. The price of the stock should and will first move when the financing is in place and they go live.
