Indeed, Sanjay did a great job fielding questions from the analysts. Having heard him before at an analyst conference and also during last Analyst Day, I felt he knows the Nand business inside-out and is very knowledgeable and thorough.

Although there was a moment during the last CC when I thought he answered a question with a bit of irritation when Satya Chillara of RBC Capital asked a question about when they will be using MLC chips in their mp3 players and what would be the potential savings from it but he regained his composure very quickly and said that information was provided to them on Analyst Day. Again, I was not there and I could be completely wrong with my assessment about the whole thing but I could sense that momentary irritation in his tone. Eli, and now Sanjay, have tried to explain this to the investment community many times that with the MLC supply limited to their own output, it doesn't really matter whether they use MLC or SLC for this product or that. It may change the margins earned for one product over the other but the overall margins will still remain the same because they have to use the expensive SLC chips somewhere. It is sort of one product's GM gain is another product's GM loss in a zero-sum game!
