R. D., The Smothers Brothers' and Paulsen's wineries exuded sly humor and were fun places to visit.

I would say the Cabernet you had was perhaps a bit young or had not been decanted or uncorked for a sufficient period of time prior to its being served. <g> It's been a while since I've been to Wine Country and cannot remember whether or not smoking was allowed inside the wineries. For the record, I ALWAYS confuse Napa and Sonoma. I guess it's one of those mental block thingies. <g> - Holly
