Z,

let me throw this out.

Do you believe in good and evil?

Knowledge is an advantage but keep in mind, Lucifer, the fallen angel, the devil, "evil", whatever you want to call it, knows more about everything good and evil than you or I will ever know. I don't see the point in trying to academically prove Jesus doesn't exist.

Sometimes you just need to be able to have faith and to trust to be able to decide for yourself what is good and evil. If you set out in your quest looking for proof what is good, then I believe I can honestly say you will find much more overwhelming proof of evil.

StarWars and the Force is a good analogy. The dark side "evil" by itself is more powerful and is the easiest path for any one man to choose..... So why be good?

"Character" is important. Character is doing what is right when no one is looking. And Bill Clinton successfully demonstrated character wasn't an issue.....

For me, the world would be a lot better off if everyone would just start treating everyone else like they want to be treated.

But for me, I see a lot of:

"it ain't illegal unless you get caught"
"it ain't no one's business but my own"
"everyone else is doing it"

Of course, the primary topic of most of our discussions, how far separated "right and wrong", "good and evil", and "legal and illegal" has gotten....

Beer...
