The Bible documents some of the most vicious wars in history. Some of the most horrific acts of people on people. When an enemy was vanquished, everybody died. Men, women kids, animals. It is what happened. People are fairly terrible to each other in times of war.

Cities totally wiped out except for a person a two for going against God's wishes, entire human race killed except for a family of believers, paradise taken away for one transgression against the rules, people being struck dead on the spot for breaking rules, two and three generations being penalized and held accountable for the acts of their fathers and grandfathers.

Has the Bible caused today's wars? I don't think so. Man has caused today's wars. In the Bible people were directed by God to annihilate entire towns for transgressions against God. Nowadays we do it for the most base of reasons. I'd say that I don't agree that the Bible is causing today's wars.
