Condi Rice was completely UNqualified for the job of security chief. She ignored terrorism, including warnings of imminent hijackings by Al Qaida, and let 9-11 happen. Later she refused to apologize or admit any error. For lying, failing and being a black woman, she was promoted.

Yes she's a smart lady, but she was a university provost with no experience at security. Meanwhile Bush fires Richard Clarke's Al Qaida desk. Makes you wonder if Bushies were implicated huh?
