FMC's --(watching)
FMC (I bot at 49.03)
pre announced upside 1st q. report is May 2. was .71 Yahoo ave. now .88 (had an upside spike taken out by general market)
(reason- agriculture biz in South America veryvery good)
(also US Farm Aid in fed budget is not being severely cut like previously announced)
caveat-- highly institutionalized and not heavily traded-- gets pushed around easily

the other FMC-- FTI does oil service and if oil goes up so does this one, liking the chart. report May 10

watching-- what will do good if/when Highway pork-a-Bill gets passed.....
URS
JEC
GVA?

also ..
HWG has a healthy 'special' cash distribution that needs an accountant to figure it out....
biz.yahoo.com
The Hallwood Group Incorporated (Amex: HWG - News) announced today that it will pay a cash distribution in partial liquidation in the amount of $37.70 per share, totaling approximately $56.8 million, payable on or about May 27, 2005, to stockholders of record as of May 20, 2005 (the "Record Date"). The distribution is in partial liquidation of the Company as a result of the Company's disposition of its real estate interests and partnership units relating to Hallwood Realty Partners, L.P. on July 16, 2004 and determination to discontinue the Company's real estate activities.

caveat-- little bitty 400,000 float.... too bad I never invested in this thing a year ago like SEB....
maybe I will buy SHLD and hang on.

Hey Paul-- I was the EXPO guy (changed monikers)...finally sold that thing...veryvery good...(but not at the high, oh well)
