I've owned FAX for years collecting the distributions in shares when the fund was trading at a discount and taking my cash when at a premium. I have substantially reduced my holdings in FAX this year, even though the discount has widened (normally a time I am buying). I think I can buy FAX again sub $5. It is easy to chart FAX and XFAXX to get a better handle on the gyrations. FAX pays a consistent monthly dividend and often it has been a return of capital, not earned. Originally named, First Australian Prime, it has changed its name and its investments searching for better returns. MP
