Beautiful, beautiful spring day here in Scotland. Got the BBQ on, and cooking some real Sirloin Scottish steaks. Much safer meat then European or USA these days I think. Steaks are marinated of course, and I have the vegitarian alternatives for my daughter and (probably) lesbian friends. They are OK once they don't try and cool my pro gun owner and pro hunting and fishing attitude.
