Well, I don't know if this is a compliment to Canadians or an insult, but I've talked to people from other parts of the world (and maybe it applies for Americans too), and I've said that certain Canadian politicians dishonestly used X amount of money, and they would laugh and reply, "Is that all? And you're upset? Are those guys small potatoes or what! In my country..."
