No, I don't know it for a fact. But I have a feeling that free and open markets will definitely be a factor in judging its validity.

I'm not in favor of cutting nurses salaries by 90%, but I'm also not in favor of having 45 million Americans without any possibilty of affording what could be life saving surguries without the need to go into lifetime debt to attain it.

I thought you were a conservative Laz. Are you saying you're against ALL forign competition?...or only foreign competition in the medical sciences?
