Bless his heart, he's just a goof! When he was injured at work, they wanted him to drive across town for physical thearpy. He couldn't stand to be in a sitting position for any period of time and he and his wife only had the one car. His house was all wood, built back in the early 1900's. He took a saw to the side of the house, mounted his small outboard motor in the old cast iron claw foot tub and made his own whirlpool.
