i swapped the VLO shares in my IRA for PCO. was able to add an extra 6.6% VLO-equivalent shares due to the arb spread (assuming the merger goes through). my larger VLO position in the taxable acct (basis around 13) i am not swapping due to tax implications. VLO is having a CC on this acquisition starting at 11:30 am EST today. the PPT file is already up (not sure whether they intended that to precede the call). corporate-ir.net PS. the PPT file is quite informative.
