I agree that the whole 180 thing is irrelevant. Besides, we know that Kerry's doctor reviewed his military medical records and summarized it for the web site. In order for the doctor to look at those records, Kerry would have had to have signed the form 180 to get the records. I'm pretty sure that Kerry did get his records from the government...and to do that you must sign the form 180...unless you're the president...then you issue an executive order to release all records...which as far as I know consists of a single report of a dental exam.
