Yes, they are exactly the same ... with wheat, it was illegal to sell your own, it had to go to the pool, period, no exceptions ... with lumber, BC gets a phoney one-way 'free trade' deal imposed on her by federal fiat, and the feds make no more effort to rectify their foreign affairs screwups than Trudeau did on wheat

In both cases it's likely more neglect than intentional, still it's quite a coincidence that both are directed at westerners, eh

[edit] - Alberta produces some lumber, and they too are subject to the tariff wall i believe - what is King Ralph's position on this, 'Keep pumping them lots more cheap energy and one day they'll maybe play fair ball with us.'?
