Looks more like a boiler room printing press to me.
So, how exactly are longs supposed to keep up with all this dilution, they say is not happening?
And did I read that right...the new shares were printed and distributed at .01 per cert?
Well, I still expect some good, positive press releases to be put out...very typical of the pinkies and even more typical for the desperate ones, imo......Whats funny is the longs cannot read between the lines.....they are throwing out all these numbers, calculating profits based on how many barrels they produce and etc, etc, etc, when in reality the company has not made one red cent in profit so far on oil, and what they do make, if anything, is subject to many, many factors that are not yet known. And, how do you value a company not knowing any revenue/profit numbers, while at the same time it seems the company is printing new paper like they were the New York Times??
Well, I am sure with all the complaint's going to the SEC, this one will eventually catch their attention quite possibly, especially if Sam has broken any contracts, misled the public/investors and/or many of the other POSSIBLE negatives that could be popping up in the near future.......But, we all know that CRAP does indeed fly, so it still would not surprise me to see this fly, before it's final crash......Especially since Sam and others stand to profit greatly if share price rises....doesn't matter if company never even sniffs oil...as long as they get the share price to rise, they make tons of money, and frankly, I think that is all they are concerned with....but hey, if they want to give out shares by the boatload or cash to have third parties pump them up, I'll take some cash and turn into a pumper <g>..... |
