I believe in a stated timetable for withdrawl I disagree. We presently have a very favorable, geographical strategic position. I would not begin to plan a complete withdrawal before we know, with at least a modicum of certainty, we don't have to skin some other cats. Too many good things happening right now that could go south if we show any weakness whatsoever. One is Lebanon. I believe today is the last day for the Syrian pullout.
