I think I might hire a crew of illegals and become a contractor to the flippers. Somebody has to do the repairs and maintenance, and I don't see too many flippers who have the time in between their day job, vacations, and multiple house juggling.

Did you know:

That it takes 3 coats of primer plus one top coat of paint to cover Purple walls back to whitish? And don't even ask what Pink takes.

That some people who paint walls, have trouble keeping the paint, Purple for example, off the ceiling?

That 2 years of bathroom slop will eat darn near completely thru the wood floor and the joist beneath it?

That gutters make excellent compost bins?

That 15 year old girls really like hanging junk on the walls? With big freaking hangers.............and lots of them?

That if you get locked out, just kick the door in or break the window. Trim neatly pieces back together, if you can find all the splinters?
