It's even more fun to be a landlord. My folks are closing on the last of their properties in Palm Beach County this month and glad of it; most recent problem was a clogged toilet over which the tenant was very irrate.

The plumber finds 19 condoms plugging the toilet. The single female who rents the unit denies that she is responsible, to which the plumber replies "Obviously someone has been breaking into your apartment and flushing condoms down your toilet, seen it happen a thousand times."

Can't figure out if she is a hooker or a drug mule.
