And other links show other manipulations of the statistics. What they all show, though, is that the penalties are not applied equally- even the Duke link showed that, although not in the way other people show the inequalities. Now that gentleman in the Duke link says he doesn't really mind the fact that it is not applied equally - it's not enough to ruin the death penalty for him(when we look at the victim's race)- do you feel that way too?

Note please, the racial stuff is not why I oppose the death penalty, but just as with the "innocents are executed" thing, I find it interesting, and disturbing- and I also find it unlikely that we don't kill a few innocents (not that it makes any difference to why I oppose the death penalty).
