Also, how many drugs have been made illegal by the Constitution? One, alcohol, when we had the Welfare for the Mafia Amendment. Once Congress' goal of helping out a struggling industry survive was achieved, they repealed the amendment. I'm still looking for one banning other drugs. Not to mention...
