No, just the 10th amendment and prop 215. Actually, there is a supreme court case right now, re the Santa Etcetera Cruz User's club. Also, how many drugs have been made illegal by the Constitution? One, alcohol, when we had the Welfare for the Mafia Amendment. Once Congress' goal of helping out a struggling industry survive was achieved, they repealed the amendment. I'm still looking for one banning other drugs. Not to mention... Hemp for Victory, GW growing it, Old Ironsides using it like crazy. But that's hemp. Legalizing hemp, which Cal is also working on, would be a major crisis for growers. They only want female plants. Hempsters want biomass, regardless of sex. When sensimilla gets pollinated by the hemp, ...whoops.
