On BAY

House is playing a good chess game. Getting the jump before the other networkers make announcements at the Salomon tech conference next week. Notice when BAY closed at prime resistance of 34, House announced that BAY would exceed analyst expectations the next day to cause breakout. House is guiding analysts properly ...

Momentum will continue when BAY demos at InterOp in Oct. When earnings will be reported, there should be a mild surprise ... and resistance has been broken and it will be clear sailing depending on BAY's forward statements. Momentum will continue with a trade show in Europe.

The study of BAY is a study of House. I have watched his chess game unfold since the day House tanked BAY by announcing at a tech conference that the company would need a few quarter to set things straight.

House started BAY afresh, with no handicaps. When a horse lunges out of the starting gate, if it falls it will break a leg ... bye bye horse.

OJ, I'm a horse race fan ... you race sulkys?
