AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS COMMON STOCK OF TIENS BIOTECH GROUP

New York, April 25, 2005 - The American Stock Exchange (Amex) today listed common shares of Tiens Biotech Group (USA), Inc. under the trading symbol "TBV." Tiens Biotech is engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of healthcare products including herbal products, vitamin and mineral supplements and personal care.
