And further back up sndvof, the reason I know the machines are new is because everything AND I MEAN EVERYTHING from Turlock was garbage. It was all tossed out. The Turlock version of the chassis was bolted together and made of aluminum, not welded cold rolled steel like the new ones. The food contact parts are all passivated stainless or new PTFE and UHMW plastics unlike the Turlock junk we were given. How do I know this you all may ask? I work @ Lintelle. That machine worked the day it came in and the day it left. I have many years of production assembly under my belt and that is one of the best engineered machines I have ever worked on. Everything that Turlock tried to change was put right back the way it was through Ed Kelly's original prints. We(Lintelle) made some changes to the electrical but for the most part it is the original machine that Ed Kelly designed. And to the see the fries come out of that machine is pretty cool. I have yet to find somone who didn't like them here at the shop. I am also aware of how much money Tasty Fries has had to spend to protect this technology from the lazy, fat scum of the earth. I still talk to the Tasty Fries employee that I worked with here in Scotts Valley, who is in NY @ the moment and he tells me the machine is working better than our engineering model here. So to all you "Jacks" who dont know "jack", you should really get your story correct before you say "I am correct".
