A good reading between the lines. Have you considered becoming a private detective. Both HDCO and CCIR indicated flat pricing per layer in their conference calls. An analyst I talked to re Merix who also follows PGTZ used the words "a mess" in referring to them which I took to mean their assimilating their many acquisitions. I still own quite a few shares and had gone to sleep on this stock until I noticed the price moves which certainly confirms your analysis. Are you still holding ?. My basis is about 10 but this stock looks like another exercise in patience. Although in the WSJ article refering to Peter Lynch they wrote that he had to wait an average of 3-5 years to get his big price moves. Maybe I am spoiled with the performance of some of the other ECM stocks,What ever happened to a good old 15% return?.
