Chas- HELPFUL, ABUNDANCE, HARMONY* I just received my new KitchenAid 700 watt 12-cup food processor with all the attachments, even a juicer, today and hopefully all my words will converge on a successful relationship with my new machine. Finally I may be able to prepare food into correctly-sized pieces that I can get into and thru my surgically altered stomach without turning everything into gravy in a blender. I just hope it doesn't starting tasting too good or I can see the possibility of 50 more pounds a heck of a lot quicker than I care to put on. Next step will be an invalid's powered scooter/chair. Maybe I should only eat once a week to forestall the downside. The "abundance" word hopefully doesn't refer to my avoirdupois. The "helpful" hopefully refers to having fresh fruits and veggies now instead of packaged and canned stuff with all the salt and other crap they put in to preserve them for a long shelf life. "Harmony" I haven't figured out yet, unless I start a singing kitchen quartet with the 3 neighbors in my quad. I hope that's not it because then our screeching would make me too sick too eat and negate the other 2 words. Yikes! What to do? What to do?
