Liar. Delay hasn't been cleared of anything. Whoever wrote that or told you that isd a bald-faced liar.

When the DElay scandals broke, DElay quickly made the ethics panel pass a new rule to specifically protect him from any attacks. The DEms are boycotting any investigation into Delay until the dirty rotten rule change gets turned back.

What arrogance to pass rule changes designed to protect himself from true investigation.
