Subtract the following ALSC ANAD ATE AVNX IBIS TRKN TSEM due to low price (under 2) and/or low volume (under 15K). Some still had to be retained, such as JDSU and CIEN, since they're represented in indices. Any stock currently under $ 7 or has less than 75 K daily volume is ignored in the signal scan.
