FIRST OF ALL,there has never been a need for this product until turbo-charge engines became so widely used(they are more fuel efficient)but they depend on airflow, which is where TCT comes in.The oem equip.is welded, and being on an engine with so much vibration these welds break, there goes the diesel milage. The U.S. an Canada have enviromental laws that say these trucks must meet emission standards and they don't pass if the welds on the charge-air-cooler are broken. As far as the design nobody else can make a flexible seal out of silicon, without violating patent laws. These are manufactured in nebraska, the company does make several models about 15 I think.Insiders own I believe 4-5 mil. shares.Redux has just entered into an alliance with Griffen radiator,an they are going to provide (make) certain parts which will save redux money from manu.in return RDX's sales force is going to sell griffen's product line along with there own.And the last question,I heard a rumor that they were planning an acquisition now.By the way most of this is own the web-page,www.cadvision.com
