The state may be in the law enforcement business, but it does not have to be in the life taking business- one can enforce laws without the DP, most developed countries do. I don't trust the state with my money, but I don't care enough about it to fight them for it- life, on the other hand, is irreplaceable. You are very trusting to trust the state to take lives (imo).

I find you rarely able to admit a mistake either, but when I try to get you to own up, you inevitably make it personal about me (as is so very evidence by the ugliness of your post)-I'm not going to speculate on WHY you do it, as you do when you talk to me, since I don't think that would be nice, but you do it. The anarchy thing is a case in point, but there have been many others. I'm not sure what "fallacy" you think you found- since you missed the one obvious one, your own.
