It's interesting you left off this part of the "sequence"...:

The state may be in the law enforcement business, but it does not have to be in the life taking business- one can enforce laws without the DP, most developed countries do. I don't trust the state with my money, but I don't care enough about it to fight them for it- life, on the other hand, is irreplaceable. You are very trusting to trust the state to take lives (imo).

...................

yup
it's all in how you play the game and shift the board, isn't it? I find you rarely able to admit a mistake either, but when I try to get you to own up, you inevitably make it personal about me (as is so very evidence by the ugliness of your post)-I'm not going to speculate on WHY you do it, as you do when you talk to me, since I don't think that would be nice, but you do it. The anarchy thing is a case in point, but there have been many others. I'm not sure what "fallacy" you think you found- since you missed the one obvious one, your own.

and this

"your core character flaw, dishonesty"

is just ick, on your part, especially if you are under the impression this was a "discussion" and not just another opportunity for you to insult someone under the pretext of a discussion.

That's way over the line, imo. The ad hominem ad infinitum is getting boring, Bill.
