No she's not credible. She was a paid liar. Rightwing "PR" (smear campaign) firms paid for by righwing companies like Koch Oil were going around Arkansas in the 90's offering big money to any woman who would claim to have had sex with Clinton. Creeps like Anne Coulter then helped rewrite the womans' testimonies to make them more graphic and damaging. This is what we call a smear campaign.
