Ken, I do a lot of rebates. I do them right after i buy the product, make sure I have the correct stuff(sales slip, UPC, etc), I make copies of everything that i send out. I am batting near 100% on getting rebates. In fact, i bought a brothers printer from buy.com, sent in the rebate. after several months had heard from brother, and buy.com credited me with the refund amount. Its a bit of a pain, but when the rebate amount gets to $25, 50 or 100 bucks, its well worth it. larry
