Bruno, why do you say the hybrid drive would be NAND, or course? I seem to remember SSTI claiming a while back that imbedded NOR might serve a function like this someday. I may be wrong on this as to the application intended. And, NAND seems to be displacing NOR in a number of areas....so perhaps it is moot with NAND the only choice.
