today is September 5th. The announcement was made a few days ago.
The plant is up, isn't it? thats the end of August by anyones definition, isn't it?

$13 million: I thought the lines were $5mm each x 5 lines = 25 million. Plans are for additional lines in 98 and 99 to reach 40 million lbs by 2000. I don't think we want ALL lines built at once. You have to expect pacing. Management infrastructure, information systems, sales pipeline, logisitics etc etc etc must be in place before brick & Mortar.
