Shades, Dunno about VLCCF now. I have some but at a much lower price; been thinkin about selling. I understand that these day rates for the big tankers is falling from an all time high just recently. If Chavez goes on the warpath or anything happens that would cause lots of Saudi oil to be brought here then that would benefit the big tankers. I believe this outfit just owns four or five boats. Phil did have X as a short but he called for a 50% cover a few days ago the same time he said cover YELL. Now it looks like he would have been better staying short both of them. He scared me out of YELL and that was a mistake. I re-shorted. Even UST blew up. Seems what happened was that they increased prices and this caused some disruptions. Think I will sell some tomorrow and box the rest with a short; don't want to pay that cap gains tax but I may have to. There is no inflation, right? How bout carpet, all petro-chemicals and now....even damn snuff and chew? Nah, theres no inflation. Slagle
