Thanks for the explanation. This was prompted by a quotation from the Merrill analyst who said: In addition, the startup costs for Fab 3 will begin to roll into cost of goods sold as early as Q3. This seemed to imply that the amounts mentioned as going into Fab 3 would somehow be additional to the current cost structure. Can one predict tighter margins as a result? Or is this guy making unwarranted assumptions?
