Not to my knowledge do this month's existing home sales figures include any condos not included last month or at any time in previous months and years. You need to do your own research at the following links and clear up what appears to be your own confusion about the difference between existing home sales (published by NAR each month and which are based on MLS data from member associations around the country) and new home sales (published by the Census Bureau each month, which are based on entirely different data sources). By the way, I gave both these internet sources of info in my previous posts. Sorry you overlooked them. realtor.com or..... realtor.org census.gov
